Coverage

Red Zone
The area between the opponent’s 20‑yard line and the goal line — where scoring chances are highest.

A fast, strategic offensive drive used when little time remains on the clock.
No‑Huddle Offense
An offense that skips the huddle to play quickly and keep the defense off balance.
Pick‑Six
An interception returned directly for a touchdown.
Snap Count
The quarterback’s verbal rhythm used to start the play — often used to trick the defense.
Audible
A last‑second change of play called by the quarterback at the line of scrimmage.

A short pass behind the line of scrimmage designed to let blockers move ahead.
Special Teams
The unit responsible for kicking, punting, and returns — often decisive in close games.
